At nFusion Solutions, LLC, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent experience for our business customers. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, manage subscriptions, handle payments, and process refunds or cancellations in compliance with industry standards and card network requirements. This policy applies to all customers who subscribe to our services under a one-year contract with automatic annual renewal.
nFusion Solutions, LLC provides market data driven cloud-based services to the Financial Services market. Our services are delivered digitally via a secure, web-based platform accessible through supported browsers and, where applicable, mobile applications. Upon successful subscription and payment, customers gain immediate access to the platform and its features as outlined in their chosen subscription plan.
Contract Duration: All subscriptions are based on a one-year contract that automatically renews annually unless terminated in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 5).
Access to Services: Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to the SaaS platform. Access credentials (e.g., login details) are provided via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Subscription Plans: Customers may choose from individual product options or combinations of services, each with specific features, user limits, and pricing.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each one-year term unless the customer provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Renewal pricing will be based on the then-current rates, subject to any discounts or promotions explicitly agreed upon.
Payment Method: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, ACH, or other payment methods supported by our payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Billing Cycle: Customers are billed monthly in advance at the start of each contract term. The payment amount is based on the selected subscription plan and any applicable taxes or fees.
Currency: All transactions are processed in USD. Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by their financial institution.
Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, we will notify the customer via email and attempt to process the payment again within 14 days. Access to the platform may be temporarily suspended if payment remains outstanding after 14 days. We will work with customers to resolve payment issues promptly.
Taxes: All applicable taxes (e.g., sales tax, VAT) will be included in the invoice as required by law based on the customer’s billing location.
Digital Delivery: As a SaaS provider, our services are delivered electronically via the internet. Upon successful payment, customers receive access to the platform through a secure login portal. No physical goods are shipped.
Service Availability: We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Any planned maintenance or unexpected downtime will be communicated to customers in advance whenever possible.
Onboarding and Support: Customers receive access to onboarding resources (e.g., tutorials, documentation) and customer support via email as part of their subscription.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the current contract term. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current one-year term, and no further charges will be applied upon renewal.
No Mid-Term Refunds: Due to the nature of our annual contracts and the immediate provision of digital services, we do not offer refunds for partial or unused portions of the subscription term unless required by applicable law or as specified below.
Refund Exceptions: Service Failure: If we are unable to deliver the core functionality of the platform as promised for a significant period, customers may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period, subject to review.
Legal Requirements: Refunds will be issued if required by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s jurisdiction.
Trial Periods: If a trial period is offered, customers may cancel during the trial without incurring charges. No refunds are provided for subscriptions activated after a trial period.
Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Service Changes: We may update or modify our platform’s features, functionality, or user interface to improve performance or meet customer needs
Pricing Changes: Pricing for subscription renewals is subject to change. Customers will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. If a customer does not agree to the new pricing, they may cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
Account Security: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information during signup and update it promptly if changes occur.
Compliance: Customers agree to use our services in compliance with our Terms of Service [https://nfusionsolutions.com/terms-and-conditions/] and applicable laws.
If you have concerns about our services, billing, or this policy, please contact our support team at soporte@nfusionsolutions.com. We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
Transparency: All pricing, fees, and subscription terms are clearly disclosed during our sales process and customers receive an itemized receipt for each payment.
Prohibited Practices: We do not engage in misleading marketing, hidden fees, or unauthorized charges. All charges are clearly identified as nFusion Solutions, LLC on customer billing statements.
Data Security: Customer payment information is handled securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We do not store sensitive cardholder data on our servers.
